• Information you provide. Name, email, phone number, and any details you submit through the application or contact forms.
• Health and lifestyle information. If you become a client, we collect the information you share about your health history, symptoms, lab results, goals, nutrition, training, sleep, and lifestyle so we can coach you effectively.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and securely.
• Usage and device information. When you visit the site we automatically collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type, browser, referring source, and approximate location, through cookies and pixels.

• To respond to applications and inquiries.
• To deliver 1:1 coaching, program materials, and related services.
• To send appointment reminders, program updates, and educational emails.
• To process payments and keep records for tax and accounting purposes.
• To measure marketing performance and improve the site.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:

• Email, CRM & marketing automation: GoHighLevel (for client communication, program delivery, and marketing emails).
• Scheduling: Calendly (for booking sessions and consult calls).
• Payments: Stripe (for processing payments and storing payment records).
• Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (for measuring site traffic and ad performance).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

This website and program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
